If you are using our new website for the first time, you will need to create a new account. This can be done either when you place your first order, or through the “My account” option using the email registration. Once you have registered to use the website, please complete your details in the “My account” section. This information will then pre-populate when placing an order. Making the process much quicker in future

Unfortunately, we can only offer floats via website orders. We don’t have the capacity to fulfil private orders. We do appreciate your frustration that at times stock availability can be limited and will sell out quickly. However, we are increasing the production to try and overcome this. Thank you for your understanding.

We can no longer refund postage costs for customers who have multiple orders placed at the same time. If you place multiple orders your items will be sent out as multiple packages, so please try and use the shopping basket to add all of your floats in one single order. If your order is of a high value we will send your order via Royal Mail Special delivery, at no extra cost to you. All other orders will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class tracked & signature. We also photograph all order to safe guard us and you which makes us fully insured.

We post four days a week Monday Tuesday & Thursday. We DONT post on Wednesdays, Fridays or Saturdays.
